My epic transformation.

I’m Erica Lugo, founder of Erica Fit Love. I started this journey and lost more than 130 lbs in 15 months. It was a lot of hard work and dedication, and there were times when I thought I wasn’t going to be able to make it happen. But guess what? I did it, and it was a lot of damn fun too!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with an amazing community of women these past few years, by challenging them to become the best version of themselves with my help.

It’s time to flip the script though. While my challenges have helped jumpstart so many fitness journeys, the FitLove community has always asked for more. How do we handle the day to day!? How do we turn our fitness journey in to a fitness lifestlye!? That’s how FitLoveSquad was born.
